We're a fast-paced juice and coffee bar on Marlow High Street, serving fresh juices, smoothies, coffee and food. After more than 10 years working at the UK's biggest festivals, we're now focused on building Marlow's go-to juice and coffee spots.

We hire on attitude first. If you're friendly, reliable and quick to learn, we'll teach you the rest. Hospitality experience helps but isn't essential.

Life at The Mixing Jug

We're a small, tight-knit team and we look after each other. Every new starter gets proper training on each station, with someone alongside you until you're confident.

Service is fast and busy, especially at weekends, so we keep things organised. Rotas are planned ahead, everyone knows their role, and we have fun doing it.
